The Fort Smith Boys & Girls Clubs use Adobe Systems' Portable Document Format (PDF) for providing Club forms and information via the Internet.

Adobe's Acrobat Reader software is available for free download from Adobe's website. The Reader software enables any computer user to view and print our PDF documents.

To download the Reader click on the "Get Acrobat" Reader button below. This will take you to Adobe Systems' website. Follow the detailed instructions on the Adobe website to download and then install the software on your computer.
